Our goal is to turn your quality furniture into cash at the best price as fast as possible. Consignment of merchandise is subject to the following terms & conditions: This Agreement begins on the Consignment Date noted above & extends through the 90-day period or until an item is sold & the proceeds are then disbursed. This Agreement covers the item(s) listed on the inventory agreement signed at intake. Marco Home, LLC is not responsible for loss against fire, damage, theft, or loss of any kind which may impact the value of an item. The Asking Price of an item is set at the research & discretion of Marco Home, LLC. The price of an item may be reduced based on the amount of time an item remains in the store. We typically reduce 10-20% off the asking price each 30 day period. Marco Home reserves the right to further negotiate pricing of an item on a case-by-case basis. We are here to create a sale for you. If someone makes an offer that is close, we try to make it happen. On day 90 as noted, an unsold item remaining at Marco Home, LLC becomes the sole property of Marco Home, LLC. The Consignor will be given a 10-day grace period from day 90 as noted to remove an item from the store. After that period, Marco Home, LLC may dispose of an item in any manner, including but not limited to, the sale or donation of an item. Our hearts are happy to be able to make donations to St Matthews House at this time. PLEASE NOTE that although we try to contact our beloved Consignors of their 90-day deadline, we reserve the right to dispose of items without notice. An item may be removed from Marco Home, LLC by the Consignor at any time as long as the item remains unsold.

Proceeds from the sale of an item are split 50% to Marco Home, LLC and 50% to the Consignor. Pick up & moving fees, if any, are deducted from the first outgoing payment to client. Payments are made to the Consignor on a monthly basis the following month of sale & will be mailed to the Consignors address above.
